I'm passionate about helping leaders build the marketing capability and brand delivery systems that actually work in real businesses, with real teams, under real pressure.

I've spent 20+ years building hotel brands and developing marketing teams across 7 countries, holding Vice President Brand Management and Marketing roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and Anantara Hotels & Resorts, worked with the luxury retail destination group Bicester Village Collection in China, and helped co-working, co-living, restaurant and membership club clients.

Through this journey, I've learned how to translate brand strategy into daily team behaviours, develop marketing talent systematically, and create the frameworks that turn brand promises into consistent customer experiences.

What makes my approach unique is my combination of Education and Marketing qualifications, plus a Doctor of Business Administration. I don't just know marketing - I know how people learn and grow. I've built brands, led teams, and hired dozens of marketers from Coordinator to Manager to Director level, so I understand exactly what capabilities teams need to succeed.

These programs aren't theory - they're practical (and fun!) training frameworks born from real-world experience of what works when you're building brands and developing people in fast-moving service businesses.
